Design & Airflow Mapping

Duct Fabrication & Mounting
Our mechanical teams install the heavy indoor and outdoor units using anti-vibration mounts. Simultaneously, we fabricate standard-compliant Galvanized Iron (GI) ductwork, sealing all joints and wrapping them in premium thermal insulation to ensure zero cooling loss and condensation prevention.

Commissioning & Air Balancing
An installation isn't complete until it's perfectly tuned. We utilize anemometers to measure airflow at every single grille, adjusting Volume Control Dampers (VCDs) within the ducts to guarantee that every zone receives the exact amount of cooling specified in the original design.
